Laura Sawler

Laura Sawler has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Laura started as a Physiotherapist at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital in 2011 and then moved on to become the Product Management and User Experience at MyStrengthBook in 2016. In 2019, they became the Head of Product Design at Touch Intelligence Inc. and is currently the Director of Product at Talem AI since 2021.

Laura Sawler has a diverse educational background. Laura completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from St. Francis Xavier University in 2009. Laura then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) in Physical Therapy/Therapist from Dalhousie University, which they completed in 2011. In 2018, they received a Certificate in Design of Everyday Things from Udacity. In 2020, they completed a Nanodegree in UX Designer from Udacity. Laura is currently enrolled in a Certificate in Product Management for AI and Data from Udemy, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, they are an Udemy Alumni, having completed The Complete App Design Course in UI/UX.
