Temo Rodriguez

Temo Rodriguez is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and industrialization within the optical and technology sectors. Currently serving as Director of Polarized Product Development at Younger Optics since October 2018, Temo has previously held various senior positions at Oakley, including Sr Manager of Industrialization Product Development Engineering and Rx Product Development Engineering Manager. Temo’s career also includes roles at Signet Armorlite, Inc. as Sr Process Engineer, Boeing as Staff Engineer, and Conexant as Process Engineer. Temo holds a Master of Science in Materials Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
