Jillian Brennan

Jillian Brennan, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in benefits, payroll, and employee relations. Currently serving as Benefits & Payroll Supervisor at Talen Energy since May 2018, Jillian has previously held roles as Sr. Benefits & Payroll Specialist, Human Resources Business Partner at Suncor Energy, and Human Resources Manager at both Talen Energy and PPL Corporation. With a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Scranton, Jillian has demonstrated expertise in building relationships with management, improving hiring and retention strategies, and guiding employees through disciplinary processes across various organizations, including Wyoming Valley Health Care System and GUARD Insurance Group.
