Matthew McMillan has a background in electrical and electronics engineering, with experience working in various engineering roles in the energy industry. Matthew has held positions at Baltimore Gas & Electric, Constellation, Exelon, Raven Power Holdings LLC, and currently at Talen Energy, where Matthew serves as a Manager for NERC Operations & Planning Standards. Throughout their career, Matthew has managed teams, overseen compliance programs, and carried out various electrical engineering projects. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Johns Hopkins Engineering for Professionals and has additional education from Anne Arundel Community College and North Arundel Vocational Technical Center.
