Russell's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Lehigh University College of Business, earned between 1980 and 1983, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Finance with a specialization in Accounting from Wilkes University, completed from 1973 to 1977.
