Shawn Donnelly

Shawn Donnelly has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in emergency planning, fire safety, and operations. Currently serving as a PA Forest Fire Warden at the PA DCNR - Bureau of Forestry since January 2023, Shawn has also been the Proprietor of Honey Bee Mobile Brews since August 2021. At Talen Energy, Shawn has held the position of Sr. Emergency Planning Coordinator and Site Access Specialist since August 2013, in addition to serving as a Fire Brigade/Program Instructor for NFPA 1041. As a Petty Officer - Boatswain's Mate in the U.S. Coast Guard since July 2017, Shawn has demonstrated commitment to service, and prior experience includes the role of Special Assignment Officer at Columbia County Prison from August 2010 to August 2013. Education was pursued at Luzerne County Community College from 2015 to 2018.
