Vince Roll

Vince Roll possesses extensive experience in nuclear operations and project management, having held various positions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Ops Training Instructor at Talen Energy, Vince previously worked as an ILO SRO at Vistra Corp. and a Test Engineer at Johnson Service Group, Inc. Notably, Vince held the role of Senior Project Manager at STP Nuclear Operating Company and has diverse project management experience at Holtec International. Vince’s career began with Entergy, where roles included Control Room Supervisor and Reactor Operator, along with serving in the US Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate. Vince holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior University and has pursued further education at The University of Memphis and Tennessee Technological University.
