Gijs Ten Bosch

Gijs Ten Bosch is the Sector Director Operations at PWN. Gijs has previously worked as the CFO for iP2Entertainment and the COO for C&A China.

Ten Bosch is responsible for Finance, Procurement, IT, HR, and Legal. Gijs has achieved setting up company HQ in Amsterdam, extended headcount from 0 to 20 FTE, defined Legal and Tax set up, structured company financial processes and policies, and built reporting around key financial / business drivers.

At C&A China, Ten Bosch led Store Operations, Finance, Business Development, Construction, Business Support Services and Compliance (total headcount responsibility 900+ FTE). Gijs successfully devised, communicated and led the implementation of agreed strategic direction. Additionally, they led the store footprint expansion which resulted in 20 store openings in 2015 and an aligned strategy on active store portfolio management.

Gijs Ten Bosch has a background in high performance leadership from their time at Singularity University. Gijs also has a Masters in International Financial Economics from the University of Amsterdam. Gijs has studied organizational leadership at IMD and has completed an exchange program at Oakdale highschool.

They work with T. Kroonenberg - Team Manager Business Control, Suzanne Klaassen - Executive Secretary, and Lara Van Druten - Board Member. Their manager is Paulien Pistor, General Manager.
