Jaakko Höyhtyä

Jaakko H. possesses extensive legal and compliance expertise, currently serving as the Head of Legal and Compliance at Caverion since August 2018, while also acting as Legal Counsel. In this role, Jaakko H. functions as a Legal Business Partner, Contract Manager, and Compliance Responsible for Caverion's Business Units in Finland and the Baltics. Prior to this, Jaakko H. held the position of Head of CRE & Security at Caverion Suomi Oy from October 2019 to October 2022, overseeing the restructuring and operational management of over 35 business facilities across Finland. Jaakko H.'s career also includes significant experience in enforcement roles within the Ministry of Justice, focusing on the enforcement of judicial decisions and criminal sanctions, as well as a background in criminal investigations while serving as a Police Officer at the Ministry of the Interior. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from the University of Helsinki and a Bar Examination degree from the Finnish Bar Association.
