Olli Lätti

Olli Lätti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial leadership and organizational change. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer and previously as Commercial Director at Talenom since August 2020, Olli has also been the Founder, Coach, and Chairman of the Board at CrossFit Espoo since July 2011. Prior to these roles, Olli worked as a Change Consultant at Trainers' House from April 2003 to March 2020. Olli holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering from Tampere University of Technology, where studies spanned from 1965 to 2018 and 1998 to 2004.
