Jesslyn Phoon

Jesslyn Phoon is currently the Head of Marketing at Talenox, a cloud-based HR software company that focuses on creating experiences for individuals rather than just personnel. Jesslyn also previously worked as a Growth Engineer and Web Developer at Talenox. In addition, Jesslyn served as an Associate Lecturer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, teaching a module on "Principles of Marketing." Jesslyn is also the founder of The Superlative Group, established through a business incubator in Singapore. Jesslyn's education background includes a Bachelor of Business Management with a double major in Finance and Marketing from Singapore Management University, as well as other degrees in hospitality and global studies.
