Kent Smith is Talent101, Senior Business Development Manager who is responsible for managing the semiconductor engineering solutions at Talent101’s clients. His expertise includes recruiting and workforce solutions, and the leadership of Talent101’s dynamic organization that leverages engineering to improve Talent101’s clients’ business performance.

Kent has a strong understanding of Semiconductor Manufacturing Processes including Analog, Mixed Signal and Digital design/ development from concept to tape out. He is known in the industry for getting it done and delivering success to our client’s projects.

Kent resides with his family in Frisco, Texas. Kent spends his free time studying history and enjoying his family.
