Ashwin Kasturirangan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, corporate development, and talent management. As a Co-Founder of Talent500 by ANSR since 2020, Ashwin focuses on accelerating the careers of top engineering talent through curated opportunities with Fortune 500 companies. Prior to this role, Ashwin served as Vice President and Head of Strategy & Corporate Development at ANSR from 2016 to 2020. Ashwin also co-founded Gadzet.in in 2015 and worked as a Strategy Analyst at Accenture Strategy from 2014 to 2015, as well as a General Analytics Associate at ZS Associates from 2010 to 2012. Ashwin holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from HEC Paris, along with a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
