Joel Arao

Joel Arao has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joel began their career in 1996 as a Robot Operator at Murata in Japan. Joel then worked as a Manager at Saks teriyaki foods from 1999 to 2000. Joel also served as a Third Sector Counsellor at Grupo nikkey from 1995 to 2008.

In 2001, they joined Grupo MBA Empresarial as a Master HR Consultant and later took on the roles of Training and Development Manager and Associate Partner. Joel was responsible for projects in the area of Assessment and also served as an instructor and speaker on leadership, emotional intelligence, self-development, and human behavior.
