Julita Iks

Julita Iks has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2010 when they worked as a Project Manager Assistant and Office Worker at Kleffmann Group. In 2012, they held internships at Randstad and OHP (Youth Employment Office). From 2015 to 2017, they were a Team Leader, Recruitment Consultant, IT Recruitment Team Leader, IT Recruitment Expert/Career Advisor, and Finance Recruitment and Sales Consultant at PGB Human Resources. Since 2020, they have held the roles of Head of Service Delivery, Customer Service Manager, and Talent Matching/Recruitment Expert at Talent Alpha.

Julita Iks began their educational journey in 2009 when they earned a Bachelor's degree from the Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu in Pedagogic, career consuelling and personal consuelling. Julita then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Management, Human Resources development from the University of Warsaw from 2013 to 2015. During this time, they also attended the Universidade de Vigo for Business and Administration. In 2019, Julita obtained the Future Leaders Programme certification from ManpowerGroup.
