Sten Mainz Rode is the Founder and Managing Partner of Talent Assessment Partners ApS, with experience spanning multiple leadership roles in human resources and investment operations. At Danmarks Eksport- og Investeringsfond, Sten served as a Partner across various domains including Management Assessment and Value Creation, contributing significantly to human resources and executive talent. Previously, Sten held key positions at Novo Nordisk, overseeing HR operations for a workforce exceeding 13,000 employees, and at Saxo Bank as Head of Group HR. Earlier roles included HR Business Partner at Novo Nordisk Biopharmaceuticals and Head of HR at Horten, complemented by a strong educational background in political science and leadership from reputable institutions.
