Jenna Williams Aronow is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and diversity consulting. As a Founding Member of Talent Collective and Founder of Aronow.io, Jenna has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership in the industry. Previous roles include Senior Recruiter at Semgrep, Recruiter Researcher at Netflix, and D&I Consultant and Interim Head of Talent at Imperfect Foods. Jenna holds a Master of Science in Communication and Media Technology and a Bachelor of Science in ASL-English Interpretation with High Honors, both from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
