Rethna Eddy is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a diverse background in various industries, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Rialtic since September 2021. Rethna is also a Founding Member at Syelo and Talent Collective, and serves as an Advisor at Leopard.FYI, contributing to initiatives that support and empower women and non-binary individuals in talent acquisition. With a robust consulting practice since December 2016, Rethna has advised early-stage startups on effective recruiting strategies across multiple functions including executive roles, operations, and sales. Previous positions include Director of Talent Acquisition at Aktivate, Senior Recruiting Lead at Exactera, Head of Commercial Recruiting at Komodo Health, and Head of Talent Acquisition at SeedInvest. Rethna holds a Bachelor of Arts from Lafayette College and has pursued psychology and English studies at various institutions.
