Faizal Ariffin possesses 17 years of extensive experience in project management, new product introduction (NPI), and research and development (R&D) within the aviation maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) sector as well as multinational corporations. Currently serving as an Airbus Program Manager at Spirit AeroSystems and a pro bono Career Coach for Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad, Faizal is also involved with the University of Malaya as an Industry Advisor Panel member for the Mechanical Engineering Faculty. Prior roles include Project Manager positions at Airfoil Services, Honeywell Electrical Devices and Systems, and TRW, where significant achievements include the successful delivery of multiple MRO repair capabilities and advanced machines, as well as managing numerous projects concurrently across various industries. Faizal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Manufacturing from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
