Connie Baringer has over three decades of work experience, starting in 1990 with Insurance Overload Staffing, where they served as an Assistant Vice President. During their time there, they managed the creation of the recruiting process, significantly increasing both the client and employee pools. In 2001, Connie co-founded Q Staffing Services / Connec Staff, a specialized staffing firm, growing the business from zero to $5 million in revenue within three years. Connie served as President and was responsible for developing and implementing the business plan and strategy. From 2005 to 2010, Connie worked as the Director of Staffing at Henderson Taylor / Insurance Staffing Solutions, where they organized internal and external hiring efforts, sourcing and retaining a diverse talent pool. From 2009 to 2021, they worked at Dimont & Associates as the Director of Support Services / HR, providing leadership in human resources and facilities management, driving culture change, and creating strategies for professional development and talent recruitment. Most recently, since 2022, Connie has been working as the Director of Talent & Culture at OrangeGrid - Empowering People in Process. Their responsibilities include overseeing talent management and implementing initiatives to cultivate a positive organizational culture. In 2023, they joined Talent Corps as the Director of People & Culture.
