Diane then worked as a Business Operations Specialist at McMaster-Carr before transitioning to a Press Release Coordinator at Swell Marketing Inc. Diane then served as a Client Care Coordinator and Office Manager at Jen Real Estate - Keller Williams Realty. Currently, Diane is working as an Account Coordinator at Waste Control, Inc. and also holds the position of Finance and Communications Manager at Talent Development Secondary. Diane earned their BS in Marketing/Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University in 2007.

Talent Development Secondary (TDS) brings engaging instruction, solid organization and student, teacher and administrative support to schools that may have more challenges than resources. TDS' mission is to provide evidence-based models, tools and services to the most challenged secondary schools serving the most vulnerable students in the country. TDS envisions a nation in which our most vulnerable students have access to an education that: • develops their unique strengths and talents; • builds their academic and socio-emotional competencies; • engages them in relevant and exciting learning opportunities; • supports them so they can succeed; and • prepares them for post-secondary education and the 21st century world of work.
