Jon Glass

Jon Glass serves as Managing Director at Talent Equity Group, specializing in executive search and human capital management across various industries since February 2020. With extensive experience in HR leadership, Glass founded Gente HR Consulting, providing advisory services for integrated HR solutions from 2015 to 2020. Past roles include Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Everyday Health, where Glass advanced the HR agenda and prepared for an IPO, and HR Strategy Consultant at Johnson & Johnson, focusing on a global HR shared services model.
