Matthew James Ripaldi has over 20 years of experience in various executive roles in the staffing industry. Matthew James is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Talent Group, a leading IT and Professional Staffing firm. Prior to their current position, Ripaldi served as the Chief Executive Officer at Simon+James Group, a consultative talent development and professional placement firm.
