Nicole Dessain

Nicole Dessain is the Founder and Managing Director of talent.imperative inc, where collaboration with Fortune 500 and global tech scale-up clients on talent management strategies and culture transformations is a primary focus. Additionally, Nicole serves as an instructor in Northwestern University’s Master's in Learning & Organizational Change program, contributing to the "Designing for Organizational Effectiveness" certification. Previously, Nicole held leadership roles at Career Education Corporation as Director of Talent Strategies, Accenture as Senior Manager of Talent & Organization Consulting, and Daimler Financial Services in various capacities, including Learning & Career Development Manager. Nicole earned a Master’s degree in International Information Management from Stiftung Universität Hildesheim and completed executive education at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
