Paul Ryder

Paul Ryder has extensive experience in business development and commercial roles within the talent solutions and consultancy industry. Paul currently serves as the Commercial Director at Talent Insight Group, where they deliver research and real-time insights to inform strategic talent and business decisions. Prior to this, Paul worked as the Business Development Director at Penna, focusing on EVP development, attraction strategies, candidate management, and executive search. Paul also served as the Business Development Director - Veredus Insight at Veredus, providing research, analytic, and insight solutions to help organizations understand their talent landscapes. Before that, Paul was a Business Development Manager at Capita People Solutions, specializing in workforce resourcing solutions. Paul has also held positions as a Business Development Director at Capita Write Research Company and as a Client Director at Write Research Company.

Paul Ryder obtained an MBA from Durham University from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they earned a CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from Northumbria University in 1990 and 1991. Paul also holds a BA Hons degree in Business Studies from Northumbria University, which they completed from 1981 to 1985.
