Rob Dolan

Rob Dolan has extensive experience in the field of research and recruitment. Rob started their career at Staples as an Associate. Rob then worked at Atkinson Page Recruitment as a Recruitment Resourcer, where they learned the basics of the recruitment industry and was responsible for sourcing high-quality candidates. After that, Rob worked at Anchor Trust as an In-house Recruiter, where they focused on headhunting and direct sourcing for challenging positions. Rob then joined Dovetail Care Ltd as the In-house Recruitment Lead, where their responsibilities included pre-screening and interviewing applicants. Rob later joined Capita as a Research Consultant, with a short secondment in their internal recruitment function, CIR, where they recruited professionals for various contracts. Currently, they are working at Talent Insight Group, where they have held positions such as Research Executive, Research Consultant, Research Manager, and Research Director. In their current role as Senior Research Director, Rob is responsible for delivering high-quality research and managing client relationships.
