Benjamin Combourieu

Benjamin Combourieu's work experience includes various roles at different companies. In 2009, they worked as an Accountant and Project Manager at Telecom Etude, where they handled accounting and business development responsibilities. In the same year, they also volunteered as a Student Volunteer at FIDEI, providing basic IT classes in Senegal.

In 2010, they interned as a Software Engineer at Thales Air Systems, where they developed prototypes in the Air Traffic Management domain and implemented a machine learning algorithm.

From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Work4 as a Software Engineer, Tech Lead, and Software Engineer & Product Manager. In these roles, they optimized targeting algorithms for advertising job offers on Facebook, increased prediction accuracy with machine learning techniques, and served as the main point of contact for business users.

Since 2015, they have been with talent.io, initially as a Senior Full Stack Developer. Benjamin built the foundation of the talent.io platform, scaled the team, and acted as a product manager. Benjamin later became a Senior Engineering Manager and currently serves as the Head of Engineering, leading a team of full-stack developers and executing the product roadmap.

Benjamin Combourieu began their education in 2008 at Télécom Paris, where they studied but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any specific field. In 2011, they transitioned to Pierre and Marie Curie University, where they pursued a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, which they completed in 2012.
