Francisco Leal has worked in the tech industry since 2013. In that time, they have held various roles with various companies. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Vice President and Treasurer at HackerSchool. In 2015, they held an internship at Instituto Superior Técnico, where they developed Artificial Players for Geometry Friends and wrote a paper that was accepted and presented at the DIGRA-FDG Conference 2016 in Dundee, Scotland. In 2016, they were a Software Developer and Internship Data Analyst/Engineer at Landing.jobs. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Full-stack Developer at Runtime Revolution. In 2020, they were the Vice President, Team Leader, and Full-Stack Developer at iCapital Network. Since 2021, they have been the CPO & Co-founder, Chief Product Officer, and Senior Software Engineer at Talent Protocol, where they are building a web3 community and platform for high-potential builders.

Francisco Leal obtained their High School Diploma from Externato Marista de Lisboa in 2009, after studying Science and Technology. 💻 then went on to receive their Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico in 2017. During their studies, Francisco spent one year on an Erasmus program at Università degli Studi di Padova, where they studied Computer Engineering.
