David Barbato has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. David co-founded Talent Retriever LLC in 2004 and currently serves as the CEO. In 2007, they joined Housing Families Inc as a board member and former board chair. Their role involves providing shelter, affordable housing, and support services to end family homelessness. David also serves as the Chair of the Parish Council at Saint Michael Parish from 2022 onwards. Additionally, David has held positions as a member of the Board of Governors at The University of Massachusetts Club, a Sales Manager at Starpoint Solutions, and a Sales and Recruiting Manager at Sapphire Technologies. David started their career at Bond Technologies, specializing in recruiting and sales while selling outsourced project development and strategic systems consulting services.
David Barbato has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which they obtained between the years 1992 and 1994. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1991, they attended Northeastern University where they studied Economics and Computer Science.
