Clara Fuentes started their work experience in 2013 as a Finance Administrative Assistant at Club de Tenis Chamartín. Clara worked in this role from September 2013 to March 2014. In 2016, they joined Talent Search People as an International Recruitment Consultant, focusing mainly on the Retail sector. In this role, Clara is responsible for the full cycle recruiting process for national and international positions in multiple countries.
Clara Fuentes obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Aston University, between the years 2011 and 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas (Degree in Business Administration and Management) from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, spanning from 2009 to 2013. Finally, in the year 2014 to 2015, Clara attended EAE Business School, where they acquired a Máster (Master's degree) in Desarrollo de recursos humanos (Human Resources Development).
