Olivia Borquez is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As Co-Founder of HR4HR Group since June 2019, Olivia has focused on empowering human resources professionals. Concurrently, Olivia serves as Director at BSP Executive, an executive search firm, and holds the position of Talent Interim Services Director at Talent Search People, providing dynamic and qualified professionals across Europe. Prior roles include Partner Director at BSP Group and HR Director at Citi, where Olivia managed large HR teams and developed strategies to support migration and acquisitions. Olivia's career began at Banco de Santiago as HR Director, contributing to the establishment of the bank's HR strategy. Olivia holds a degree in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
