Pooja Rana has over 19 years of work experience in various roles. Pooja is currently working at TALENT Software Services as a Strategic Account. Prior to this, they worked at Saxon Global, Inc. as an Account/Delivery Management from September 2019 to June 2020. Pooja also served as a Sr. Recruitment Manager at Mindlance from July 2017 to September 2019. Before that, they worked as a Recruitment Manager at ACS Group (American CyberSystems) from December 2014 to April 2016. Pooja has also worked as a Freelancer from September 2013 to September 2014 and as a Lead at WT Solutions from October 2011 to March 2013. Pooja started their career as a Sr. Consultant at Capgemini from October 2009 to August 2011 and has experience as an AM at InterGlobe Technologies from April 2006 to November 2007, a Lead at R Systems from September 2003 to January 2005, and a Sr. Sales/Recruiting Executive at Xoriant from 2002 to 2003.

Pooja Rana began their education in 1999 at Manipal Academy of Higher Education, where they earned a Bachelor's degree (BIT) in Information Technology. During the same period, they also attended Aptech Computer Education and obtained a Diploma in ADSE (Advance Diploma in Software Engineering), specializing in Software Engineering.
