Sonya Gupta

Sonya Gupta has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and management. Sonya started their career in 2008 as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Visnova Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where they specialized in recruitment for clients such as Verizon and AA. In 2010, they became a Team Lead for IT recruitments at Prosoft Technology Group. Sonya then worked as a Manager for US Recruitments at Primus Software Corp from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, Sonya served as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Cynet Systems Inc. Sonya then joined Infinity, a Stamford Technology Company, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from 2019 to 2019 before moving on to their current role as an Account Management, Resource, and Quality Management professional at TALENT Software Services.

Sonya Gupta has an MBA in Mass Communication from the Institute on Mass Communication. Prior to that, they obtained a B. COM degree from Ramjas College.
