Joel Willson

Joel Willson is a versatile professional with experience in talent acquisition, music composition, sales, and technology consulting. Currently serving as a Talent Scientist at Talent Solutions Group, Inc. since June 2022, Joel focuses on enhancing talent acquisition processes in industries such as Semiconductor Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, and Renewable Energy. As a freelance musician and composer since April 2011, Joel creates music for various media. Additionally, experience includes roles as a Field Sales Representative for DEFENDERS, a Sales Executive at Search Influence, and a Technology Consultant for General Informatics. Joel also founded and directed the Twisted Oak Music Festival, which promotes classical and art music in Baton Rouge. Joel holds a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance from LSU, graduating in 2011.
