Ashley DeBoer is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing at Talent Strategy since November 2021, Ashley specializes in professional search and recruiting within the Banking, Engineering, Skilled Trades, and Light Industrial sectors. Prior to this role, Ashley held the position of Marketing Specialist at Vista IT Group from January 2016 to October 2021, where responsibilities included creating marketing plans, executing advertising strategies, and enhancing website sales effectiveness. Additional experience includes serving as a Marketing Assistant at Great Lakes Computer, where Ashley managed Google AdWords and coordinated eCommerce activities; as Assistant Manager at West Marine, overseeing social media and demand planning; and in Marketing Communications at Industrial Quick Search, Inc., focusing on SEO strategies and social media support. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Grand Valley State University and an Associate of Arts from Grand Rapids Community College.
