Kunal Saad (Zaadav)

Kunal Saad (Zaadav) has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Kunal is currently working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Talent Systems, LLC since May 2022. Prior to this, they were the Lead for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management at Abacus IT Solutions FZC from July 2021 to May 2022, where they managed and headed the recruitment process for the company. Kunal has also worked as a Freelancer from April 2020 to May 2021, utilizing their recruitment skills independently. In 2019, they worked as the Lead for Operations and Recruitment at Teambuilderz, where they handled the entire operation of the company and coordinated with clients. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Mentor at eTeam, where they worked with direct clients and managed the full life-cycle recruiting process. Kunal started their career as a Research Analyst cum Recruiter at Infohive Consultancy in 2014, where they conducted market research and worked on various HR and marketing projects.

Kunal Saad (Zaadav) has a diverse educational background. Kunal pursued their Bachelor of Arts in Arts from Govind Guru Tribal University from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2016, Kunal attended GIT Jaipur where they obtained a B.Tech degree in Electronics Instrumentation and Control (EIC). Before their time at GIT Jaipur, Kunal had completed their High School education in Maths science at CPS Udaipur from 2010 to 2012.
