Kelly Farr

Kelly Farr is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Recruiter and Founder of Talent Together since October 2021, Kelly has also been a Stay-at-Home Parent since October 2019. Prior roles include Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager at Bluebeam, Inc., as well as Recruiting Manager at Vodori, where promotion from L3 to L4 occurred. Earlier career experience includes working as a Human Capital Specialist/Recruiting Coordinator at Duff & Phelps. Kelly holds a B.A. in Psychology from Miami University.
