Eliza Barkane

Eliza Barkane has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. In 2012, they worked as an Online Store Manager at Kanclers Plus, where they were in charge of expanding physical business operations by opening and managing an online store, as well as establishing the company's presence on social media. In 2014, they worked as a Waiter and Room Attendant at Hotel Sparre, their first job in Finland. In 2016, they worked as a Marketing and Customer Service Specialist at May28th, where they processed customer and retailer inquiries concerning May28th products and contributed to social media marketing activities. Also in 2016, they worked as a Team Lead at AIESEC in Finland, where they recruited and built a team of 13 local volunteers, co-created functional strategies, and tracked progress towards goals. Finally, in 2018, they began working at TalentAdore, where they have held several roles, including Human Resources Assistant, Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Team Lead, and People and Culture Manager. In their current role, Eliza is a member of the Management Team and is responsible for designing an organization that attracts, engages, and develops talents.

Eliza Barkane obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Administration, major in Marketing and Sales from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences between 2014 and 2019. In 2016, they also completed a study exchange at Ryerson University for a Bachelor's Degree in an unspecified field of study.
