Erik Kivioja

Erik Kivioja has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Most recently, they worked at TalentAdore as a Customer Success Manager starting in 2023. Prior to that, Erik served as the Regional Manager at foodora Finland from 2021 to 2022, where they led a team of Account Managers, improved partner visibility, and launched new products to the Finnish market. Before their time at foodora Finland, Erik held various positions at FOREX Bank, including Business Manager from 2018 to 2020, Branch Manager from 2016 to 2018, and Currency Trader in 2016. Their responsibilities at FOREX Bank included improving business unit development, customer service experience, and consultative sales. Earlier in their career, Erik worked as a Consultant at Academic Business Consulting, where they gained experience in project marketing and market research. Erik also completed an internship at The Finnish Institute in St. Petersburg, managing projects and organizing events to increase the visibility of Hanken School of Economics.

Erik Kivioja pursued their education starting in 2006 at Hanken School of Economics, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship, Management, and Organization. Erik attended this institution for a period of nine years, concluding their studies in 2015. In 2009, Erik briefly took part in an exchange program at the Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics, focusing on the study of Russian Language and Literature.
