Kumar Panda

Kumar Panda currently serves as the Chief of Staff at TalentAdore since July 2025. Previously, Kumar held the position of Global People Digitalization Lead at BioMar from July 2022 to June 2025, and was the Head of Pre-Sales at Enfuce from June 2021 to July 2022. Kumar's extensive experience includes roles at Cloudator from January 2015 to May 2021, where contributions spanned Head of Pre-Sales and Solutioning, Solution Architect for Workday HCM, and Principal Consultant for Workday HCM. Kumar began a career at Tata Consultancy Services from July 2008 to January 2015 as an SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Architect, focusing on application management and business continuity. Education includes a Bachelor of Technology in Manufacturing Engineering from University College of Engineering, Burla, Sambalpur (2004-2008), and an Intermediate degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Computer Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya (2002-2004).
