Harshali Tulani

Harshali Tulani is a seasoned technical recruiter currently employed at TalentBurst, an Inc 5000 company, since April 2023. Prior to this role, Harshali worked at Innova Solutions as an Associate Scientific Recruiter, specializing in life sciences, pharma, and healthcare recruiting from January 2021 to January 2023, overseeing full-cycle recruitment processes for US-based clients. Earlier experience includes serving as a Qualitative Researcher at Verka Milk Plant, where Harshali was trained in biochemical testing and quality control processes related to milk production.
