Mikita Mohanta

Mikita Mohanta has a diverse work experience in the recruitment field. They began their career with US Tech Solutions, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter from July 2015 to July 2017. In this role, they were responsible for understanding client requirements, screening and sourcing resumes from job boards such as Job Diva, Career Builder, Monster.com, and Indeed.

After that, they became a Senior Technical Recruiter at US Tech Solutions, where they handled full-cycle recruitment for contract roles from August 2017 to April 2019. They utilized job boards like Careerbuilder for candidate screening and sourcing.

Following their time at US Tech Solutions, they joined eTeam as a Subject Matter Expert / Lead Recruiter from August 2019 to January 2020.

Currently, they are working as a Team Lead - Recruitment at TalentBurst, an Inc 5000 company, from July 2020 onwards.

Mikita Mohanta obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, Mikita has also obtained a certification in "Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from LinkedIn in the year 2022.
