Sonika Sardana

Sonika Sardana has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sonika began their career in 1998 as the Director of Business Development at People.com/TMP Worldwide/Monster, where they were responsible for business development, account management, and sales management. In this role, they also managed a team of account managers.

In 2002, Sonika joined Aquent as a Business Development Manager and held this position until 2004.

Sonika then worked as a Recruiter at FocusSearch Consultants, Inc. from 2003 to 2006, recruiting for various industries. Following this, they transitioned to working as an independent recruiter for staffing firms including RecruitBUZZ, FocusSearch Consultants, and Nutrix Staffing. Sonika recruited for industries such as healthcare, medical devices, IT, and telecommunications.

In 2010, Sonika joined SNI Technology as a Staffing Manager and stayed with the company until 2011.

Since 2011, Sonika has been working at TalentBurst, an Inc 5000 company. Sonika started as a Regional Director and held this position until 2019 when they were promoted to Vice President. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Enterprise Accounts in the Health & Life Sciences Division.
