Susan Lim

Susan Lim has over 18 years of work experience in the IT industry. In 2001, they began their career as an Application Service Manager at B2B (M) Commerce Sdn. Bhd., where they managed a team of 15-20 directs and was responsible for team retention rate and succession planning. Susan then moved on to become a Senior Application Specialist at the same company, where they pioneered a product called e-Supplier. In 2007, they were a Manager, Collaborative Fulfillment Management at a Mesdaq-listed IT company. In 2008, they were a Presales and Product Development Manager at a start-up. In 2009, they were a Senior Java Development Architect at a UK-based company and a Senior Manager Information Technology Asia Pacific at the Society of Petroleum Engineers. In 2015, they were an ASEAN Cloud Consulting Sales Manager at Oracle. In 2016, they were a VP, IT at Aladdin Group. In 2017, they were a Head of Product & Growth at Jobstore.com. Since 2018, they have been the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder & Head of Product at TalentCloud.ai, a modern Human Capital Management Software. At TalentCloud, they are responsible for tackling bedrock issues in modern Human Resource and Talent Management and helping organizations build an A-team from day one.

Susan Lim has a Bachelor of Computing in IT from Staffordshire University, which they completed between 1997 and 2000. Susan also attended S.M. Raja Perempuan Ipoh.
