Leonard Kaja possesses extensive experience in operations, talent management, and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Marketplace and Category Manager at Ananas.mk since July 2023, Leonard also holds positions as Chief Operations Officer at Technoperia and Talent Management Consultant at TalentCloud Group Recruitment as of early 2023. In addition, Leonard founded the Customer Excellence Academy, offering consultancy in customer experience and training. Leonard has been Managing Director and Talent Management Consultant at TECH Consulting since October 2021 and a Training Consultant at CEFE Macedonia since 2018. Prior roles include managerial and leadership positions at A1 Makedonija and one.Vip DOOEL Skopje, as well as foundational roles in customer service training at Vip operator.
