Lalith Munasinghe

Lalith Munasinghe is the CEO and Founder of Talenteck, a people analytics company. Prior to this, Lalith worked as a Professor of Economics at Columbia University, Head of Analytics at iQor, Human Capital Analytics Consultant at IntelliRisk Management Corporation, and Human Capital Strategy Consultant at Mercer. Lalith holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Columbia University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Philosophy from Princeton University.
