Ed Newman

Ed Newman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and consulting. As the Founder and CEO of talentEXP since October 2019, Ed leads a firm dedicated to optimizing talent operations and enhancing the candidate experience. Ed also co-founded The Talent Board in January 2011, an organization focused on improving candidate experiences throughout the recruitment cycle. Previous roles include Chief Evangelist at Phenom People, where Ed contributed to the development of the world's first Talent Relationship Marketing platform, and various leadership positions at Korn/Ferry Futurestep. Ed's career began with the founding of The Newman Group in 1999, which specialized in talent management solutions. Ed holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Richmond.
