Jack Stanek is a seasoned Senior Recruiter at Talentfoot Executive Search & Staffing, with a strong history in full-desk recruiting since July 2022. Demonstrating expertise in client acquisition and candidate sourcing across diverse sectors such as AdTech/MarTech, FinTech, SaaS, and HealthTech, Jack successfully fills roles from Associate to C-Suite on both direct-hire and contract bases. Prior to this, as Lead Technical Recruiter at SkillStorm from August 2020 to July 2022, Jack managed and trained a team of six technical recruiters, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle and providing strategic guidance. Additionally, experience as a Technical Recruiter included leveraging various sourcing tools to identify and screen candidates while collaborating with hiring managers on recruitment needs. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from Utica University and an Associate of Science in Sports Medicine from Mohawk Valley Community College.
