Joe Romweber

Joe Romweber is an experienced technical recruiter currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Talentful since July 2021, specializing in high-growth tech company partnerships. In this role, Joe transitioned from a client-facing position to leading recruitment efforts for Talentful's in-house engineering team. Previously selected by Talentful’s CEO, Joe built the company's first internal engineering team in Canada and served as the sole technical recruiter. Joe has also worked as a Talent Partner for Atlassian and Labelbox, focusing on engineering recruitment. Earlier career experience includes consulting for Lucid, LLC, and a significant tenure at Robert Half Technology. Joe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from Indiana University Bloomington, completed in 2014.
