Carlen Wilutis

Carlen Wilutis is a seasoned professional in customer experience and success, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at Starred.com since March 2025. Prior to this role, Carlen held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Sentispec from August 2023 to December 2024, and was the Director and subsequently Head of Customer Success at Famly from September 2021 to August 2023.
